An ideal repair kit for the maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats.

This kit includes ORCA® Glue two-component neoprene glue (to be activated with the included RFE hardener) and ORCA® RFE hardener.

Kit composition :

- ORCA® Glue neoprene glue :1 liter
- ORCA® RFE Hardener: 54 grams

Neoprene Glue characteristics :

- Specially formulated, tested and validated by ORCA® for optimum adhesion.
- For maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats and other inflatable structures.
- Available in 1-liter cans.

ORCA® RFE Hardener features:

- Significantly enhances the bond strength of pneumatic assemblies.
- Designed for bonding water-resistant neoprene materials, such as Orca repair fabrics.
- Suitable for all RIB tubes on Zodiac-type boats and dinghies, as well as all other inflatable structures.

Instructions for use :

- Glue activation: Add 5% to 10% ORCA® RFE hardener to ORCA® Glue, depending on the quantity used.
- Dosage: For quantities greater than 10 liters of mixed product, reduce the amount of hardener to 5% to extend the pot life of the adhesive.

Treatment The addition of ORCA® RFE hardener significantly improves the adhesion, cohesion and, above all, the thermal resistance of the final binder.
