After several decades of growth, it was in 2009 that the Pennel & Flipo group launched new product ranges for advanced maritime industry and security, with the opening of a factory in Mouscron in Belgium:
Orca was born.
The group Pennel & Flipo was born in 1924, when Jean Pennel & Joseph Flipo created a textile rubber coating activity in France.
After years of development in the textile and rubber industry, they have extended to more fabrics and materials - foam and plastic - distributing their products to many industries.
