An ideal repair kit for the maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats.

This kit includes a two-component neoprene glue ORCA® Glue (to be activated with the included RFE hardener) and an ORCA® RFE hardener.

Kit Composition:

- Neoprene Glue ORCA® Glue: 1 liter
- Hardener ORCA® RFE: 54 grams

Characteristics of the Neoprene Glue:

- Specially formulated, tested, and validated by ORCA® for optimal adhesion.
- For the maintenance and repair of semi-rigid inflatable boat floats and other inflatable structures.
- Available in a 1-liter can.

Features of ORCA® RFE Hardener:

- Significantly enhances the adhesive strength of pneumatic assemblies.
- Designed for bonding water-resistant Neoprene materials, such as Orca repair fabrics.
- Suitable for all inflatable boat and semi-rigid tender tubes of the Zodiac type, as well as any other inflatable structure.

Instructions for Use:

- Glue Activation: Add 5% to 10% of ORCA® RFE hardener to ORCA® Glue depending on the amount used.
- Dosage: For quantities exceeding 10 liters of mixed product, reduce the amount of hardener to 5% to extend the pot life of the adhesive.

Treatment : The addition of ORCA® RFE hardener significantly improves the adhesion, cohesion, and especially the thermal resistance of the final binder.
